I placed an order yesterday and got the order confirmation email. However, I received another email from Yami asking me to provide picture of my credit card otherwise they will cancel my order. What a weird asking? Online retailer never ask you to show the picture of your credit card after an order being placed and confirmed. Is Yami's such request even legitimate? how to report this?

Ontrac Lost my package

Ontrac Lost my package. Please stop using ontrac to deliver packages. 7/10, they always Mis- delivered my package. I’m waiting for a full refund for this. And hoping getting a reply from Hani customer service.

This company is not legit and trying to scam customers.

I downloaded the app and placed my first order yesterday. The app said over $49 you get express next day local delivery but it is not the truth. My order EST delivery is today but did not receive my order. I contacted customer service and they said because the warehouse workloads is overloaded so your order is being delay and they cannot provide a new EST delivery day because the driver already left the warehouse and not coming back today. This company is not legit and trying to scam customers.

I ordered a chest freezer from Amazon

I ordered a chest freezer from Amazon. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. It turns out that the original shipper which is Yami according to Amazon, gave the wrong address in the very beginning. A completely different address. This address receives tons of packages from Amazon. Seems strange to me.

Placed an order then got the email…

Placed an order then got the email saying to send photos of my credit card or the order would be cancelled in 5 days if they don’t hear from me. Low and behold I go check my credit card account and they of course have already charged it. Went back to their website logged in and cancelled the order. Have screenshot of the order cancellation confirmation. I am now disputing the charge with credit card company I ain’t waiting around like others to get their money back or not. My credit card company will take care of this company. I would be very careful those of you who have indeed removed orders that at a later date your accounts are compromised. This photo requesting tactic is just weird and very suspect of a scam.

Don't always 100% trust what you read from others. Take a chance!

Hello, I'm Birdie_Plays on twitch.
I just bought from yamibuy at the start of the month for the 1st time ever.
Yes it took a bit, as I expected due to covid and shipping, but I got EVERYTHING I ordered and couldn't be happier! Expiration days are far off, the food is fresh and when I called to thank their staff they were courteous and excited to hear my praise.

All I ask is instead of going exactly by all the reviews here, take it with a grain of salt as I did...and order while paying through paypal. I'm so glad I took the chance, everything was perfect especially given the mass order I did of alooot and I mean ALOT of snacks.

Disrespectful to customers

Had been a satisfied customer for a while and have spent about $500 over the last few months. Yami was my preferred online retailer for Asian goods until this week. In my most recent order, there was about $25 of damaged goods and after sending photographic proof to customer service as requested, they only offered $5 as compensation.
Plan to be following up with PayPal to settle dispute.

Update: Claim escalated with PayPal. Yamibuy has responded on this website but has not responded to PayPal request for information as of 4/26

I don't understand what's going on

I don't understand what's going on. Made a $50 purchase. Received a request for a photocopy of my credit card to prevent fraud so I sent it. THEN received another email asking me for a copy of my pending charge from my credit card bill.

Did I mention I have an order history going back at least 4 years with this company?

This is far too much work for a simple noodle order. I will be seeking a new vendor immediately.

Asian food is my passion

Asian food is my weakness. I can't eat food from other cuisines. I tried actually all of them. European, asian, mid-asian, russian, scandinavian and asian was the only one which brought my heart literally. I start eating exceptionally asian food and I have been doing it for more than ten years. This service is one of those which help me when I am lack of asian food in my organism. You know, my organism has already adapted to consuming asian food. I order here food all the time and I guess I'm a regular here. The food is delivered pretty fast and I have no doubts towards the quality of this food, it's on a high level.
